We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.Transaction Processing: While all payments are handled securely by Apple or Google, RevenueCat helps us verify that your account has unlocked the specific Study Packs or "Academy Pro" features you purchased.Financial Privacy: We never see or store your credit card or bank details.5. 9. Account Deletion & Data Removal
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through the following methods:A. In-App Deletion (Recommended)Open the App and go to Settings.Select Delete Account.
This action will immediately trigger the removal of your authentication record and queue your progress data for permanent deletion.B. Email Request
You may also request deletion by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Please provide the email address associated with your account. We will process this request within 7 business days.What data is deleted:
Upon account deletion, we permanently remove:Your Email Address and login credentials from Firebase Authentication.All Quiz Progress, results, and logical review history.Your internal User Profile and study statistics.Important Note on Subscriptions:
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple or Google. To avoid further charges, you must cancel your subscription via your App Store/Google Play Account Settings before deleting your account.Data Retention:
We delete personal data within 30 days of a request. Anonymized transaction records may be retained for legal and financial compliance as required by law, but these records are never linked to your identity.
